The Outer Space Oracles was a bilinguarl Spanish-English performance art project funded by the City or Raleigh Public Art Department. The project took place over Zoom, and participants were invited to speak to alien oracles calling in from Outer Space. Participants received advice pertaining to their lives during the COVID19 pandemic.
